The Fliteway professional coaching team adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and are registered members of and governed by Skate Canada. Our team mission is to create a positive, safe, and motivating environment geared towards training athletes to their full potentials.
All members of our professional coaching team must maintain good standing in the following:
- Registered professional coach member with Skate Canada
- NCCP-trained/ certified status via the National Coaching Certification Program
- Valid police record checks
- Valid First Aid/ CPR training
- Respect in Sport Course
- Making Ethical Decisions Course
- Coaching Code Of Ethics
